Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what HorizonBridge collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. In short: we collect what is needed to run your account and your subscription, we do not sell it, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

01Who is responsible

HorizonBridge is operated by Example Ltd., Example Country. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@horizonbridge.io.

02What we collect

You can browse the market pages without an account; in that case we keep nothing that identifies you beyond the technical logs below.

  • Account. When you sign in with Google we receive and store your name, e-mail address, the address of your Google profile picture, your Google account identifier and the sign-in tokens Google issues. We never see your Google password.
  • Subscription. If you subscribe to Horizon Pro we store your plan, the end date of the paid period and the customer and subscription identifiers from Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Saved portfolios. If you save a portfolio we store its name, the assets and settings you chose, the amounts you entered and the result at the time you saved it. An analysis you run without saving is calculated on our servers and not kept.
  • Technical logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service running and secure.

03Cookies

We only set the cookies that signing in requires: they keep you signed in and protect the sign-in form. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

04How we use it

  • to sign you in and show your account;
  • to provide Horizon Pro and handle your subscription;
  • to keep and show the portfolios you saved;
  • to keep the site secure and working;
  • to meet legal obligations, such as accounting rules.

Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are the contract with you (account and subscription), our legitimate interest in a secure and working service, and legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles.

05Who receives it

We use a small number of service providers:

  • Google, for sign-in.
  • Stripe, for payments and invoices.
  • Railway, which hosts the website and the database.

Some content is loaded by your browser directly from other services, which therefore see your IP address: company logos from logo.dev, news images from Yahoo, and live crypto prices from OKX. We do not send them anything about your account.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

06How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account (account menu, “Delete account”), your account, your sessions and your saved portfolios are removed from our database immediately. Stripe keeps payment and invoice records for as long as the law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. You can delete everything yourself at any time by deleting your account. For anything else, write to support@horizonbridge.io. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.

08Children

HorizonBridge is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

09Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
