Terms of Use

Nothing on HorizonBridge is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. The site shows market data, links to news, and the results of mathematical calculations such as portfolio weights, the efficient frontier, correlation, value at risk, buy lists and rebalance plans.

• These are general information and calculations. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
• They do not take your personal situation, goals, knowledge or ability to bear losses into account.
• They are computed from past prices. Past performance does not predict future results, and a portfolio that looked optimal in the past can lose money.
• We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker or asset manager, and we do not execute trades.

You alone decide what to do with your money and you alone bear the result. Consider speaking to a licensed adviser before making investment decisions.

Prices, company figures, exchange rates and news come from third-party sources. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the site can be unavailable at times. We try to keep everything correct but we do not guarantee it. Do not rely on HorizonBridge as your only source for a financial decision.

Most of the site works without an account. To use Horizon Pro you sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. An account is for one person.

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deleting it permanently removes your account, your sessions and your saved portfolios, and it cannot be undone.

• Horizon Pro gives access to the Portfolio Optimizer and costs €2.89 per month at the time of writing. The price that applies to you is the one shown at checkout.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. You are charged when you subscribe and then once a month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time under “Manage subscription” in the account menu. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If you delete your account, your subscription ends immediately and the remaining days are not refunded.
• Payments are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If consumer law in your country gives you a right to cancel a purchase within a set period, these terms do not take that right away.
• If we change the price, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or resell the data or content of the site in bulk;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or try to get around its security or its paid features;
• share one paid account between several people;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

The design, software and text of HorizonBridge belong to us. Company names, logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. Market data and news belong to their providers.

HorizonBridge is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using the site or relying on what it shows, including investment losses, lost profits and losses caused by wrong or delayed data. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

We may change, add or remove features. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will make it visible on the site. If you keep using HorizonBridge after a change, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Example Country. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the country you live in continue to apply.
